The first ever
KettleBelleBody Transformation Challenge starts a week today, on
Monday 10 November, and I'd love you to join us and rise to the challenge!
I'll be doing it with you, and there is a support group for all entrants to join so we can post out before and after measurements / pics and log our progress and results:

All entrants must
choose a nutrition programme to follow. I am suggesting
Dax Moy's Elimination Diet, as that is what I will be using, but you can follow the KettleBelleBody Nutrition Plan (a little less rigid than the Elimination Diet, my usual approach!) or another plan of your choice. I can assist with helping you find a plan that suits you - and will post some recommendations this week so you can choose.

The challenge starts on Monday 10th November for 30 days - and
we really all will be winners just for taking part, as we'll all get to the festive season feeling fitter and leaner than ever!Why wait till the New Year to take action? With mince pies and Christmas candy being handed around in late October, we can do so much damage by the New Year your resolutions might only get you back to where you are now if you're lucky!
By taking action now, you can stop the pre-Christmas bulge from taking hold at all, and enjoy the festive season all the more!
